Rescheduling and Canceling

I keep my practice small and limit the number of sessions I facilitate each day. This ensures that I am fully present to you and offer you the highest-quality work I possibly can. Thus, please note that I require 72 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelations for refunds.

Payment for regular, ongoing appointments (weekly, bimonthly, or monthly) is collected one week in advance of your session. Payment for a session you schedule here yourself is due at the time of scheduling. If this is your first time scheduling, you will receive a text message within 24 hours from IvyPay. If you’ve used IvyPay prior, your method of payment will be charged within 24 hours of scheduling.

Important: Please think of these sessions as events for which you’ve purchased a non-refundable ticket. Working late or suddenly having to attend an unscheduled meeting means that unfortunately you miss the event. When I can, I will reschedule if I have availability in the same week.

How We’ll Connect

All sessions are conducted by either phone call or secure video on Zoom. Your confirmation e-mail will provide information on how to find me for our scheduled meeting. It will also guide you to complete intake information prior to your initial session.
